This turns your iPhone/iPod Touch into a Mouse and a Keyboard for your Mac (sorry no Windows). I bought this App from the iTunes store some time ago and it's software you need, when you connected your Mac to your TV in the living room and use it as a Home Theater PC (HTPC). Having mouse and especially keyboard lying around in the living room does not look very nice, with Snatch you have a Mouse and a keyboard in your palm. This is surely not a full replacement for mouse/keyboard, but works very well to control all applications for Music/Video playback and also for entering a URL into the webbrowser. You need to download a small application from the developers website and install this on your Mac. Afterwards you only need to select your Mac inside the Snatch application on the iPhone and it works. You should read the instructions inside the application on the iPhone, there are many special commands for scrolling, zooming and resizing. Requirements: Mac with OSX 10.5 and 10.4 (So far no Windows support), but you can take a look at QwasiPad which seems to be same as Snatch but for Windows. |
