I don't really think Murphy's law exists, well that was until this weekend... The App store database which shows the iTunes Apps with the reduced price was running smoothly for a few days now without any interruption. So nothing to worry about during the short weekend holiday with my family, I thought. But it seems about six hours after we left home, some script created a wrong entry in the database and it only showed an error from that moment. As we came back home my heart stopped: I could not believe this! It least it was quite easy to fix. In the end the database was not fully available for about 22 hours, at least the RSS feeds were still working...
